I’ve been twice to this hospital and let me tell you something the staff and workers are amazing they keep you up to date on any delays. The doctors and nurses are professional polite and very friendly. The doctors really listens to you and they don’t rush your visit. I recommend this facility. I could only give it 5 stars it deserves more.

Went to the ER with my 95 year old father, who had 3 broken ribs. I was in processed quickly, needed testing and results were acquired in 2 and half hours. The ER ROOMS WERE COMPLETELY FILLED and people were still coming in when I left. Special kudos to RN Sharon who tended us. She was knowledgeable but to this non medical person she was compassionate and kind and also showed care for my well-being. She is a credit to the Riverside Doctors ER.

They actually want to know what’s going on with you all hospitals aren’t not good hospitals but this one is legit a little bit of a wait but who cares about that

I want to thank the entire team at Riverside Doctors’ Hospital for the outstanding care I received in the emergency department. When I fell ill and was transported there, the staff treated me with incredible kindness, compassion, and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, everyone worked diligently to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for. Their attentiveness and expertise made a difficult experience much easier to handle. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received and highly recommend Riverside Doctors’ Hospital to anyone in need of quality medical attention.

Took my son to the ER here. We got in very quickly. The staff were very sweet and understanding. My son got all the care he needed. This is definitely the hospital to go to if you need quality care. We weren't there for longer then 3 hours.

The surgery scheduler at Riverside Doctor's Hospital for women's healthcare is phenomenal! She is the epitome of class, understanding, and professionalism. Furthermore, her empathy is unmatched. Exceptionally grateful for her communication and help! Thank you!

Super fast and very professional! Even though I ever understood why the nurse denied a cup of water to a patient who only has asthma….wath? Yes!!! But… in another hand awesome facilities!

I've been to sentara and I've been to Riverside by fort Riverside is the most accomplished. They're the quickest and the most thorough. It seems like sentara is not on the ball like Riverside and I go to both. If you have a choice go to Riverside you'll be seen quicker

We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nehemiah Thrash with Riverside Doctors Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia. He took great care of my mom over the Christmas holiday when she was admitted to ICU there. We ran into an issue trying to get her prednisone script renewed via her new cardiologist Joseph Adinaro who told her to just skip it for 2 days until her Monday appointment. You can't just stop prednisone at high doses, it can cause serious adrenal issues especially at her age, liver cancer, elevated blood sugar, current history of AFIB, etc. I argued this point with Adinaro's nurse but got nowhere. I contacted Dr. Thrash and he immediately refilled the script so she will not run out giving her time to do a proper taper off of it after seeing cardiologist Adinaro and her new oncology Dr. John Miller next week.

I had a medical issue on thanksgiving and ended up needing to be observed overnight. I have never been a hospital patient before but I have been a nurse for a long time. I had an excellent experience. The ER staff was quick and the doctor sat down and spent a lot of time talking to me. The staff upstairs was attentive and responsive. The food was good and the people who brought it up were delightful. I would prefer to spend the holiday at home with family and not having a medical problem but everyone made this as good an experience as I could hope for.
